Dear Jim Harvey,  regarding your comment below,

I can understand why you might feel that way.
You ask "how does this product work on real dirt?"
I think the answer is to let us know where you are and we will demo the product for you on a car with real dirt as long as it is a car you normally clean yourself. We have support amongst the everyday driver to those who want the burnt brake dust removed from their cars after racing. All have used the products with success.

Dear Rick,

I am enclosing two quick snapshots from this afternoon. I think that you will see what a remarkable difference the Aquanil-X made on this vehicle. This is the kind of dirt I was talking about in my original query to you. This is a "REAL" daily driver (rather than a 'Show Car') and as such, has the normal scratches and dings that you'll find. If you look carefully at the center of the rear bumper, you will see what at first looks like a long scratch (on the cleaned car). In reality, it's the reflection of the underside of the license plate.

My friend who is the owner of this particular vehicle is one of those "I know it all" types who assured me that a waterless cleaner would do nothing for his car. 28 minutes later he was grinning from ear to ear and admitting that this was "pretty good stuff".

(Note: Pretty good stuff from this guy is like a normal person doing backflips)
28 minutes. I was really impressed.

Ok, now for the questions

I noticed that the hood streaked pretty extensively. It took about three applications and then I hit it with the Quick-N-Slick which took most of the streaks away. Streaking was still evident, but at a much reduced level. Question, could that be from applying it to a hot hood? Black is going to show everything so this streaking might not have even been noticed on a lighter color vehicle. I applied the product as per your instructions (spray the cloth then spray the car) and used very light pressure to wipe it down. the rest of the car came clean in a snap. The hood was a challenge, but it WAS hot. Other than that, so far so good, I am going to run it by my own personal "Felix Ungar" (my son) later today.

Hi Jim,

when you use it in the sun or on a hot surface,Spray an area the size of about 1/4 hood at a time, and then wipe in. With the next dry, clean and folded microfiber towel, wipe it out again. Using the second towel you can put as much pressure as you want to, because the surface has been cleaned. So when you do it next time on a hot hood, when you get to the 2nd step re wiping it off, apply some pressure ( not so much that it tires you) but firmly, and wipe it off and flip to a cleaner side of the towel, when you feel some drag.

I like what I see, I'm convinced. I just want to beat the *** out of your product on worse and worse cars to see just where the cutoff is. I honestly didn't think that it would deliver the performance that I saw this afternoon. Unlike other waterless cleaners there is something "extra" in yours that actually requires you to buff the surface after the wash. When you buff it, the shine comes up and is really very impressive. Will write a good piece for you. I am also going to speak to ____ and _________ about your product. They really SHOULD handle it.

Unbelievable!

The hood. Did I tell you about the 3’ deep shine story? How about a 50’ telephone pole deep shine? Average dirty Wheel and Tire. Brake dust wasn’t awful, but had been there for a while.

Croftgate Wheel and Tire makes night and day difference. There was some persistent grime but it was Resistant to even D140 Meguiars. Would need to be removed by hand with wheel off vehicle. The Wheel and Tire Product delivered EXCEPTIONAL results (see for yourself). Straight Aquanil-X, No Quick-n-Slick. Minor scuff removal.

This truck was not quite as dirty as the Volvo from the other day, but it was close. Applied Aquanil-X as per directions, again in hot sun. Streaking problem was nearly non-existent (just some very minor streaking But easily removed. Again, I think that regardless of how you apply the product, if you have hot paint, you just are going to have to be very careful about not letting the product streak. Doing the way you recommended DID result in hardly any problems at all. Not anything that I would consider to be a negative. Final result speaks for itself.

There is no doubt in my mind that Aquanil-X is a remarkable product that delivers on ALL its promises and then some. The Quick-n-Slick is the cherry on top of the sundae. I know that it’s an amazing product because Austin (my son) actually put it on his SRT-4, and NOTHING but the best stuff on earth touches HIS car.

I just used the Multi Clean on a rim (I didn’t realize that you could do that until I watched the new video’s) and I’m just flabbergasted! I posted some comments on the site and hopefully I’ll have some more photos for you soon. This stuff is just beyond belief. If I say I’m Very Impressed, I’m not even scratching the surface! (no pun intended).

I bet you could call me the "King of the Skeptics" so when I wrote you earlier (October 24th) I was very skeptical of the claims that you made for these products. Well, when you're wrong, you're wrong and I am now not only a believer, having seen the results for myself, but I also have sent you some photos of a couple of cars that really put your products to the test.

My son has a detailing business and if I tell you that we have spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars on cleaning products, and you can  believe we appreciate it when we can find products that not only work, but work BETTER than other more costly products.

• The Aquanil-X simply has to be seen to be believed. The results that you attain in 1/4 the time of conventional cleaning methods is literally beyond description. And I'm talking about DIRTY CARS.
• The Quick-N-Slick is the cherry on top of the Aquanil-X sundae. Clients just go crazy when you let them feel their paint jobs after a Quick-N-Slick application.
• The Tire Shine works like a charm, releasing stubborn brake dust and leaving a very nice (not overly glossy) shine on the tires themselves. You don't need to wear a respirator and gloves and eye protection with this product (and believe me, I've used products where those measures were necessary). For 95% of the tires and wheels that you're likely to encounter, this product is all that you need for excellent results on customer's wheels and tires.
• The Multi Clean is a sleeper. It works nicely on bugs and tar, but it also works as an amazing wheel cleaner. If you have a particularly dirty rim, spray the Multi Clean on it and you can watch the crud drain off the rim right before your eyes. Again, nothing to scare you or alter your DNA when you use it.

I haven't tried your leather conditioner as yet, but that's on my list. The photos of the Denali that I sent to you shows just what a fantastic job these products do.

I'm a confirmed believer now.

Dear Rick,

These are of my 10 year old van hood. This truck NEVER was taken care of. At this point, Austin (my son) has detailed ½ the van to show the difference to customers. Guess which side this is LOL! This is a WORK VAN… It’s been back and forth across country several times, never been washed or waxed *until now and only half the vehicle. Will shoot the ‘bad side’ for you later.

We did a 240SX this morning that just came out spectacular. I am a little bothered that we have thousands of dollars of product that is just sitting on the shelf not getting used because the Croftgate products are number one on the list.
